This was not in the remit of the review - for which the emphasis was on the science case, the technology road-map and the opportunities for collaboration. The review did, however, address the 'potential' for the UK to host a next generation neutron facility. Detailed study of the questions of 'hosting' and 'siting' any new facility will be the subject of further studies - in light of the outcome of this first review.
